1. Who we are

Rhythmo House Books ("RHB", "we") is a publishing imprint of Carlos Melo Consulting LLC, 1688 Meridian Ave, Ste 600, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. Contact: hola@rhythmohousebooks.com.

2. What data we collect

Your name and email, when you buy an ebook or contact us.
Your payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe: we see the amount, date, payment status and the last digits of the card, never the full number.
The record of your purchase and of the book's delivery: what you bought, when, and whether you downloaded it.
Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit the site, such as IP address, device type, and the cookies needed for the site to work.

If you buy a print book on Amazon, that data is collected by Amazon, not by us.

3. How we use it

To charge you and deliver your book, and to resend it if you need it.
To handle refunds, complaints and payment disputes.
To contact you about your purchase. If you agree to receive news from the publisher, you can unsubscribe from any of those emails.
To protect our books against unauthorized copying.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Books purchased with Ruta 800

If you bought the books within the Ruta 800 mentorship package, Ruta 800 shares your name, email and purchase record with us so we can deliver and record the books. Both brands belong to Carlos Melo Consulting LLC.

5. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for others to advertise to you.

6. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to operate: Stripe for payments, and our email, file delivery and web hosting services. We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your purchase record for as long as tax laws require and as needed to resend your book or handle a complaint. Everything else is deleted or anonymized.

8. How we protect it

We use providers with recognized security measures and limit who can see your data. No system is infallible; if an incident affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by writing to hola@rhythmohousebooks.com. Some records, such as payment records, must be kept by law.

10. Minors

You must be 18 or older to buy on this site. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes and language

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date. It exists in Spanish and English; if the two versions differ, the Spanish version controls.
