Rhythmo House Books Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are
Rhythmo House Books ("RHB", "we") is an independent publishing imprint of Carlos Melo Consulting LLC, 1688 Meridian Ave, Ste 600, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. We publish books by various authors. Contact: hola@rhythmohousebooks.com.
"You" means the person who buys from or uses this site. You must be 18 or older to buy.
2. What we sell and where
- Digital books (ebooks): sold directly at rhythmohousebooks.com. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Print books: printed on demand and sold only on Amazon. That purchase, its shipping, returns and customer service are governed by Amazon's terms.
Each format has its own ISBN. Each book's price is shown before payment, plus applicable taxes.
3. How you receive your ebook
After payment you receive your ebook through a download link or in your account. If it does not arrive or does not open, contact us and we will send it again.
The ebook is yours to keep: your access does not expire and does not depend on any subscription.
4. Refunds
Ebooks are not refundable once downloaded or opened, because they cannot be returned.
If the file is damaged, incomplete, or not the book you bought, contact us within 30 days of purchase: we will fix it or, if we cannot, refund 100%.
If you never downloaded or opened the book, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Print books are returned under Amazon's rules.
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact us: we can resolve it faster.
5. Books purchased with Ruta 800
The ebooks "La Ruta 800: El GPS del Crédito en Estados Unidos" and "Mapa 800: El terreno legal del crédito en Estados Unidos" have a regular price of $19.99 each. With the purchase of the Ruta 800 mentorship ($47.99) they are included at a discount, at $9.99 each. On that receipt they are itemized as Rhythmo House Books sales, and the mentorship appears as a separate charge.
For those books, the Ruta 800 refund policy applies: if you request a refund of the package within 7 days of purchase, 100% is refunded, books included. That refund is requested from Ruta 800 at soporte@laruta800.com. After those 7 days, the books are a final sale and remain yours even if you cancel the mentorship or the community.
6. Copyright
Each book is the work of its author and is protected by copyright. The design, editing, illustrations and brand belong to RHB or their respective owners.
Buying a book, digital or print, does not transfer any copyright to you. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to read it on your devices.
No one may reproduce, copy, scan, record, translate, distribute, resell or publish a book, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of the author and RHB. Brief quotations with attribution are allowed as permitted by law.
Ebooks may carry marks that identify the purchase. Do not remove them.
7. Book content
Our books are reading and informational material. None of them is legal, financial, medical or any other kind of professional advice, and reading them does not create a professional relationship with the author or with RHB. What you do with what you read is your decision.
The opinions in each book are its author's.
8. Use of the site
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, do not try to access what is not yours, and do not use software to copy its content.
The site may link to other sites, such as Amazon. We are not responsible for those sites.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim you make is limited to the amount you paid RHB for the book in question. This does not limit rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy: rhythmohousebooks.com/privacy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Your purchase is governed by the version in effect on the day you bought.
12. Complaints and governing law
If something is not right, contact us first at hola@rhythmohousebooks.com. We will respond and seek a solution within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Either party may bring a claim in the appropriate small claims court.
